Tiered Nutrition® Wholesale Agreement and Inquiry Form
For the purpose of this agreement, wholesale orders are defined as a minimum purchase of a case of any SKU unless otherwise agreed upon through purchase of multiple SKUs. Pricing will be determined based on the quantity ordered.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Wholesale orders are fully prepaid before shipment. We currently accept paying by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Orders placed on tierednutrition.com are typically processed within 1-2 business days for stock on-hand items, except during holidays and weekends.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: Our shipping carrier depends on the size of each wholesale order. We use the least expensive ground shipping unless you specify/request a quicker mode of shipping (additional charges apply).
If the damage is sustained via a shipment, keep all shipping materials and report the damage to us immediately! Have your tracking number on-hand! We will inspect your package damage and file damage claims report.
If the shipment is damaged beyond use, we will make every attempt to replace your order with stock on-hand, subject to stock on-hand or availability. It is imperative that you contact the carrier immediately for the claim to be made and resolution of the damage claim be initiated.

MAP POLICY: Tiered Nutrition, LLC. is focused on maintaining profitable margins for stores that carry our products. In recognition of the investment in time and resources required to provide the level of customer service and product knowledge expected from customers, Tiered Nutrition, LLC. is committed to enforcing policies which allow our resellers to maintain reasonable and customary profit margins through the sale of our products. Tiered Nutrition, LLC. has an established Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy that all Authorized Resellers must follow for the advertising and marketing of Tiered Nutrition, LLC. products. All Tiered Nutrition, LLC. Authorized Resellers must agree to the terms and conditions of our MAP Policy. Details of the policy will be provided upon acceptance as an Authorized Reseller.

PROXIMITY: There will be no proximity rights established for any Authorized Reseller. Authorized Resale location will be at the discretion of Tiered Nutrition, LLC.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES: Selling on third-party websites (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) is prohibited unless given written permission by Tiered Nutrition, LLC.
RETURNED GOODS AND OR OTHER SHIPPING ISSUES: Please have your invoice number when contacting us. All returned goods must be unopened, with all security seals in place within 30 days from the delivery date, unless the products are defective. Orders returned after 30 days will not be honored, except under special circumstances. This will be decided upon by our management. We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or some other form of insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
