Music is my love language. I sing for fun a enjoy every bit of it almost as much as I do lifting. Happy? Sing and lift, sad? Sing and lift in love? Sing and lift; music and weights are always the answer for me, right after spending time with my two beautiful children.
I started lifting weights 5 years ago after going through a rough divorce. What were angry lifts became my unconditional therapy. When headphones are on and preworkout kicks in, it’s time to zone out and enjoy every bit of that training session.

What inspires you?
My kids, my two biggest reason to keep pushing. They need to see that mommy will not give up regardless of the circumstances. We always finish whatever project we start and we do it the right way.
Favorite body part to train:
Back and shoulders!!
Best advice to give someone on their fitness journey:
Eyes on the price. Good things do not come easy, and what will make you stand out from the crowd will be consistency and passion.
What does 'Level Up' mean to you?
Means that there will always be room for improvement. The job is never finished. So it’s always grind time. We keep pushing we keep growing, we keep working hard.
