I grew up on a cattle farm, but my favorite animal is pigs! I have 4 siblings and 9 nieces and nephews all under the age of 7. I have been a registered nurse for 3 years, 1.5 of that time I was doing travel nursing contracts. I recently transitioned to full time online coaching. I love peanut butter, wine, naps, reading, travel, adventure, and trying new things. I am always working to challenge myself and grow in any aspect of my life I can.

Best advice to give someone on their fitness journey:
Best advice for someone starting their fitness journey: not everyone will understand why you want to change your life, not everyone will support you - but that doesn’t matter. Remember WHY you started this journey and know that you are doing it for yourself and you will amaze yourself at your progress when you look back at where you started. You won’t be motivated every day, no one is. Surround yourself with people who will push, encourage and motivate you!
