I grew up on a cattle farm, but my favorite animal is pigs! I have 4 siblings and 9 nieces and nephews all under the age of 7. I have been a registered nurse for 3 years, 1.5 of that time I was doing travel nursing contracts. I recently transitioned to full time online coaching. I love peanut butter, wine, naps, reading, travel, adventure, and trying new things. I am always working to challenge myself and grow in any aspect of my life I can.

Q and A

What is your fitness goal?

I have always been athletic. In high school, I was a distance runner and cheerleader, and I almost ran in college but decided not to because I was worried I would hate running if I did. I hate running now, anyway! I spent almost 3 years doing CrossFit and loved the competitive aspect of it! I began training for bodybuilding about 1.5 years ago and in late 2019 decided I wanted to compete in a bikini show! I spent a majority of 2020 prepping and have now completed 3 bikini shows. I will be transitioned to the new wellness division the next time I compete (hopefully in 2022).

What inspires you?

I am inspired by individuals who are authentically themselves and pursue their dreams regardless of what others think. I am inspired by knowledge, grit, hunger for growth and passion. My goal is to continue to push myself outside of my comfort zone and build my coaching business into a company that works to change the health and wellness of men and women who work in healthcare, all over the US.

Favorite body part to train:

Belts!! I love push day at the gym.

Best advice to give someone on their fitness journey:

Best advice for someone starting their fitness journey: not everyone will understand why you want to change your life, not everyone will support you - but that doesn’t matter. Remember WHY you started this journey and know that you are doing it for yourself and you will amaze yourself at your progress when you look back at where you started. You won’t be motivated every day, no one is. Surround yourself with people who will push, encourage and motivate you!

What does 'Level Up' mean to you?

Level up, to me, means having an insatiable hunger for growth. Level up means pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone, to achieve things you never thought you could. It means leaving things  that do not better you, to pursue things that will change your life.
